Manager Pension

360 Technologies invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Manager Pension .

Eligibility Criteria:

ACA/ACMA with at least eight (08) years of relevant working experience or MBA (Finance) with at least ten (10) years of post-qualification relevant experience. Working experience includes period of articleship served in registered CA firm under prescribed contract or in an entity recognized by ICAP for this purpose.

Experience Requirements:

Relevant experience means handling independently responsibilities of accounts management, payroll disbursement and employees related matters, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance related to pension /employee benefits gained in private companies having annual turnover of > Rs. 5 billion or public sector companies/entities or statutory bodies / authorities. Key requirement also include proficiency in ERP systems along with excellent analytical, problems-solving, and communication skills, proficiency with pension administration software and data analysis tools.

Experience liaising with members, trustees, advisor, and sponsoring employers. Experience in public sectors /government or regulated entities will be preferred.
