Key Qualifications You Should Have:

  • If you have graduated from relevant departments of universities (Human Resources Management, Economics, Business, Labor Economics, Psychology, etc.),
  • If you have experience in different functions of human resources (Recruitment and Placement, Career Management, Performance Management, Training and Development), at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or IT Recruitment processes,
  • If you can proficiently use MS Office programs,
  • If you have strong communication and analytical skills,
  • If you are proactive, organized, and committed to working systematically,
  • If you can manage the entire process from start to finish,
  • If you have presentation skills,
  • If you have fluency skills in English join us.


What Will We Do Together?


  • We will complete all assigned tasks accurately and on time, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently, effectively, and with customer satisfaction.
  • We will provide comprehensive reports to managers upon task completion and contribute to the improvement of departmental processes.
  • We will actively update the system in all processes and maintain confidentiality of institutional and financial information.
  • We will conduct candidate research based on Resource Request Forms, prepare and post job ads, review applications, and create candidate records.
  • We will manage and actively execute all recruitment processes (phone interviews, HR interviews, technical interviews, etc.), including organizing interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • We will share entry documents with new hires, manage personnel files, and assist with intern orientations.
  • We will organize and conduct internal company events, monthly social events, and send gifts on special occasions.
  • We will evaluate talents and use a combination of multiple sources, networks, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools with recruitment techniques for hiring.
  • We will prepare and present reports, develop academy content, and prepare training materials.
  • We will promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, foster positive communication, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • We will train and mentor new hires in the People and Culture Intern and Assistant roles.
  • We will also be working together in various functions of Human Resources.
