Role Overview:


We’re looking for a People and Culture Associate to help build, nurture, and scale a strong people foundation at Pryze. In this high-impact role, you’ll support hiring, onboarding, employee experience, and day to day people operations. You’ll work closely with founders, team leads, and the wider team to ensure Pryze remains a place where high performers thrive and culture stays strong as we grow.


We need someone who is not just people focused but fully committed, someone who takes ownership, works with urgency, and handles responsibility with maturity. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to balance empathy with structure. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast paced startup environment where things move quickly and expectations are high.


This role is perfect for someone who cares deeply about people, culture, and team dynamics, and wants to play a hands on role in shaping how a fast growing gaming company operates from the inside. Key Requirements:


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, People and Culture, or a similar role, preferably in startups or high growth environments.
  • Hands on experience with hiring coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and day to day people operations.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance support, and exits.
  • Ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across contracts, policies, attendance, and internal records.
  • Comfort working closely with founders and leadership on people related matters.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in startup culture, gaming, and fast paced team environments is a plus.
