Support compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, DOL, Section 125, and IRS requirements).
Provide administrative support for People & Culture operations, including preparing correspondence, maintaining files, and handling routine inquiries.
Accurately enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS system in a timely manner.
Assist with benefits administration, including new hire enrollment and annual open enrollment.
Serve as a point of contact for employees with general People & Culture questions, ensuring a professional and supportive response.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and departmental communication for the Director of People & Culture.
Act as a liaison between People & Culture and other departments to support effective communication and teamwork.
Provide backup coverage for phones and reception as needed.
Support New Employee Orientation by preparing materials and serving as a backup facilitator when needed.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned
