Job Title: HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Location: Nasr City, Masr El-Gedida, Zamalek, Downtown

Working Hours: Full-time (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM)

Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across all functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, and HR administration/reporting. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company’s people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Address employee relations matters and provide guidance to staff and management.
  • Support organizational development (OD) initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance management and employee development activities.
  • Conduct onboarding programs and new hire orientations.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR activity and compliance reports.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–4 years in a Human Resources role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent HR administration and organizational skills.
    • Strong people management capabilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
