People & Culture Analyst (Bilingual)

At Babco, we believe that a strong culture and a committed team are the keys to success. We are looking for a bilingual Psychologist – People & Culture Specialist to help strengthen our organizational culture, promote employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement initiatives that reinforce Babco’s culture and values.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and development programs.
• Travel to various locations across New Jersey to connect with teams and understand their needs.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience processes.
• Facilitate internal communication between operational and administrative teams.
• Collect and analyze data related to employee engagement, participation, and performance.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources, culture, or organizational development.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel within New Jersey.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and team orientation.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to making a positive impact in the workplace.
