Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a People & Culture Executive at Free Mind Marketing, located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The People & Culture Executive will be responsible for driving employee engagement, managing recruitment processes, developing talent management strategies, creating policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture in a hybrid, specifically remote environment. Additionally, responsibilities include handling employee relations, performance management, and collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and talent management
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance best practices
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work culture
• Ability to implement strategies for performance management and workforce development
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Knowledge or experience in industries such as marketing or technology is beneficial
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Salary Range: 50,000 PKR - 60,000 PKR
