Job Description
Role Synopsis
The Human Resources (HR) Internship is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a curiosity about the HR field. You will get the chance to learn from a team of HR professionals, apply your education, skills and experience on strategic projects, and help support bp Oman’s HR Services.
Key Accountabilities
HR Operations & Administration
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems and databases.
Support documentation processes for onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
Employee Engagement & Events
Help prioritize internal events, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
Provide on-ground support for engagement campaigns and feedback collection.
Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback to improve engagement strategies.
Talent Development
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Assist in evaluating training efficiency and compiling reports.
Support the creation and updating of learning materials and resources.
Recruitment Support
Assist in scheduling interviews and speaking with candidates.
Participate in career fairs and university outreach programs.
Internal Communication
Draft HR-related announcements and newsletters.
Support content creation for internal platforms and social media.
International Mobility
Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation for expatriate employees.
Support documentation and logistics related to visas, housing, and relocation services.
HR Projects & Analytics
Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Assist in compiling HR metrics and dashboards for reporting purposes.
Essential Education & Requirements

Omani national.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Management.

Minimum GPA of 2.8
-
Open for 2023, 2024, 2025 graduates.
