Role Overview

As our People & Culture / Intern Experience Intern, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all interns at Ever Lasting. From organizing bonding initiatives to supporting emotional wellness and connection across teams, you’ll play a key role in making sure everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and facilitate intern bonding events, meetups, and appreciation moments
  • Collaborate with team leads to support intern onboarding and emotional check-ins
  • Monitor intern feedback and flag morale risks or burnout concerns
  • Contribute to initiatives that foster inclusivity, belonging, and psychological safety
  • Help maintain intern engagement channels (Slack, Notion, etc.)
  • Track participation in community efforts and support intern recognition programs

Qualifications

  • Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable leading community conversations and check-ins
  • Interest in HR, DEI, or community engagement
  • Bonus: Experience in event planning, peer mentorship, or student leadership

Pay: $41,658.32 - $50,169.16 per year
