Role Overview


We are seeking a People & Culture Manager who can build and lead our people and culture ecosystem from the ground up — not in the traditional way, but in a way that reflects the unique identity and operating style of Open Valor. We want someone hands-on, practical, and capable of designing, building, and executing. This role requires a mature, strong personality that can create a high-performance environment without chaos.


Key Responsibilities


• Build the complete people and culture strategy that reflects Open Valor’s identity and operational philosophy.

• Develop innovative and effective engagement and well-being programs that enhance team performance and cohesion.

• Design the talent acquisition framework and build a future-ready, disciplined, and creative team.

• Establish a work environment that boosts quality, productivity, and continuous individual growth.

• Align management practices with the company’s vision and work closely with senior leadership.

• Oversee training, development, and ongoing performance enhancement initiatives.


Qualifications


• Saudi nationality only.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in team leadership, organizational culture, or designing innovative work environments.

• A hands-on personality capable of building, executing, and shaping a distinct company culture beyond traditional HR practices.

• Strong ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication, social intelligence, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.

• Advanced professional certifications are a strong plus.

• Experience in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment is an added advantage.
