Cycle Management: Support the end-to-end execution of company performance review cycles.

Strategic Alignment: Assist managers in high-level goal setting and ensuring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) alignment.

Data & Insights: Track completion rates, follow up with stakeholders, and consolidate performance data into reports.

Lifecycle Reviews: Support probation periods and milestone review processe

Program Coordination: Organize and facilitate internal training programs tailored for the Venture Capital and Web3 space.

Needs Analysis: Partner with team leads to conduct training needs analysis.

Knowledge Management: Maintain clear, accessible documentation for all People & Culture processes.

Internal Communications: Craft professional communications to keep the team informed on performance and learning.

Requirements | 任职要求
Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory.

Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in HR, Talent Development, or Performance Management.

Industry Savvy: Experience in a fast-paced environment such as Tech, VC, Fintech, or Blockchain is a plus.

Precision: A high degree of organizational skill; ensuring no deadlines or follow-ups are missed.
