Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, People Manager to support our small US facility in Texas. As Flyttr’s first US based People Manager, you will manage all core People operations for our growing US presence. You will build foundational processes - including payroll and People administration - while partnering with leaders to shape an exceptional employee experience. You will work closely with our Global People Director and international People Team to ensure alignment across regions and to contribute to global initiatives. You will be instrumental in scaling our US team, implementing People practices that are consistent with Flyttr’s mission, values, and global standards. Without you, we would not be able to effectively operate, grow, or support our US workforce. As the primary onsite HR lead, you will manage day‑to‑day people operations, ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, support talent acquisition, and act as a key liaison to our international headquarters. This is a broad generalist role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving, and building strong, trust‑based relationships.
