Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment & selection (screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain communication
- Support in employee documentation & onboarding
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Assist in organizing training sessions and HR activities
- Handle basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA HR or relevant field – fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
