People Operations Officer

Emenac is looking for People Operations Officer who will be managing the entire employee lifecycle with an employee-centric approach, focusing on enhancing employee experience, streamlining HR processes, and driving engagement.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee experience, including onboarding new hires, facilitating employee changes (promotions, transfers), and managing offboarding.
  • HR Process Optimization: Update and automate HR processes to improve efficiency, focusing on proactive, user-friendly procedures rather than just compliance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement scores, time-to-hire) to drive data-driven decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Support & Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, compensation, and career development questions
  • Culture & Engagement: Develop initiatives that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring a positive company culture.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure HR documentation and information systems (HRIS) are accurate, secure, and compliant with local labor laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Previously atleast 2 to 4 years experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar employee-facing role.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees and management.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues, treating employees as internal customers.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
