People Operations Specialist

Overview
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure all hiring documentation is complete
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Monitor attendance and leave management systems
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Participate in audits and ensure HR records are up to date
