What You'll Be Doing

Taking care of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off boarding, employee engagement projects, documentation and communication with employees and introducing talent retention ideas and policies in line with company processes

Identify and assess the HR needs of the business, and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs

Managing and sharing employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis

Supporting Hiring mandates as per business requirements

Acting as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and grievances
-
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems driving efficiency, and effectiveness across the department

Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees
-
Creating a strong employer brand image for organization
What You'll Bring
-
Graduation in any discipline, Post-Graduation in HR or psychology is preferred
-
3-6 years of experience in HR business partner or HR Operations role preferably in a BPO environment
-
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & regulations, Talent Management, Hiring specifics, performance and wellbeing initiatives
-
Should be able to work independently and take end to end accountability for employee lifecycle
-
Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise
-
Excellent in written and spoken English
-
Strong data management and presentation skills
-
Strong understanding of market intelligence Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
-
Available to work from office based in Andheri East, Mumbai
