People Operations - Team Experience Coordinator

About SalesLabX

Hi! We're SalesLabX (SLX for short), a digital marketing firm based in Austin, TX.

We exist to remove the guesswork from modern marketing. SLX was founded on the belief that businesses deserve better results, smarter strategies, and faster execution, without having to manage a dozen vendors or internal teams. Our mission is to deliver growth, creativity, and data-driven impact for companies that want more than just clicks, they want outcomes.

To keep delivering on that mission, we're building a diverse and curious team of people from all walks of life. Our crew includes former baristas, artists, pastry chefs, camp-counselors, space-enthusiasts, and plenty of self-taught experts. Really, the one thing that brings us together is wanting to provide a top-notch experience for our clients and our team.

If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves turning challenges into opportunities, and can't wait to get your hands dirty from day one, you'll fit right in. We've got big goals, bold ideas, and a deep drive to help teams all over the world do their best work.

About the Role

We're looking for a Team Experience Coordinator to help us take care of the people who take care of our clients. This is a part-time role focused on team member relations, culture building, and making sure SLX stays the kind of place where talented people want to work.

You'll be a consistent, trusted presence for our team. The person they come to when they have questions about benefits, need help navigating a tricky interpersonal situation, or just want to know someone is listening. You'll also be the creative force behind our team activities, helping us stay connected and energized as a fully remote crew.

This role is for you if you're the kind of person people naturally trust, because you've earned it by being steady, direct, and genuinely caring. You have strong instincts about group dynamics and can sense when something's off before it becomes a full-blown issue. You don't shy away from difficult conversations, but you handle them with empathy and fairness, not politics.

We are looking for someone who can be a steady, reliable anchor for our team. You'll report directly to SLX senior leadership and play a meaningful part in shaping how our team experiences work every single day.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Available during core working hours (CST) for team huddles and responsive communication

  • Experience working with fully remote teams
