People Partner

We are looking for a People Partner to join our team at Çalık Renewables. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our People Operations and strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals, and enhancing smooth operations.

Level: Specialist

Reports to: People & Culture Manager (N-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experience.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Utilize HR analytics to generate reports and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to employee engagement and internal communication activities.
• Provide support in performance management and talent development processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to HR operations and employee experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives aligned with company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
• SAP and Success Factors experience is a must,
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong generalist background,
• Proven ability to manage the relation with consultant firms regarding payroll operations,
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills,
• High attention to detail,
• No restriction to travel,
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) skills.
