We’re hiring People Partner to support core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, internal communications, and learning & development. You’ll help shape our people culture and elevate the employee experience as we grow.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in fintech or startup environments
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, performance, development, and internal communication
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience in recruitment and performance management


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (technical & non-technical roles)
  • Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems
  • Design and execute talent management and development plans
  • Develop and lead internal communication strategies
  • Drive employee engagement and experience initiatives
  • Track HR budget and prepare analytical reports
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
