About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, curious, and motivated People Partner to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of core HR processes in Zoola Turkey and build strong, trusting relationships with employees and managers.
In this position, you will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience from onboarding to exit. You will work closely with Delivery and Operations Managers, providing dedicated HR support across multiple teams and departments, and serving as the first point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters.

Be an HR partner for employees across different teams and locations
Support the full employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Career Conversations, Offboarding processes, etc.)
Be an advisor for Managers on any HR-related issue, including engagement, development, performance, conflict solving, and motivation
Conduct regular 1-1s with employees as one of the most significant feedback-generating practices
Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
Support and drive the implementation of HR processes and best practices within teams
Contribute to employee experience initiatives (welcome packs, gifts, internal activities, etc.)
Participate in building and strengthening corporate culture and engagement
3+ years of experience in an HR or People Partner role in IT
Experience in supporting basic HR processes (Onboarding, Adaptation, Performance review, Offboarding etc.)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with people from different locations and departments
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple tasks and drive issues toward completion
Proactive mindset and ownership attitude
English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher (ability to conduct regular 1-1s in English)
Turkish - strong conversational level (ability to conduct 1-1s, discuss sensitive topics, and build trust with employees)
