About the role
We’re looking for a People Partner to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience. This position combines HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
You’ll work closely with leadership to support our team across multiple states, ensure compliance, and help build a positive, high-performing culture.
What you’ll do
- Support multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Partner on recruiting efforts: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Lead onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
- Support employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns
- Assist with benefits administration and HR programs
- Maintain HR documentation and support audits and reporting
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Help drive employee engagement, culture, and internal communications
What we’re looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience on HR processes (payroll, recruiting, compliance) and U.S. employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a passion for people and culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Experience with HR systems (Software) and intermediate Excel skills
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
