We're looking for a People Partner who wears several hats - someone who's not just about policies, but about people, performance, and progress. You'll challenge the status quo, explore the art of the possible, and collaborate with confidence to drive meaningful change.

In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with warehouse and head office teams, empowering managers to grow high-performing teams and make great decisions. You'll lead engagement initiatives, turn feedback into action, and continuously improve how we work. You'll also own reporting and analytics, using data to drive insight and impact.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing:

• Partner with our leaders to build confident managers and brilliant teams.
• Dial up engagement - lead surveys, listening groups, and comms that land.
• Own the numbers - turn data into smart decisions that make a real difference.
• Shape how we work - support change and org design with clarity and care.
• Guide with confidence - support ER cases and keep us on the right side of the law.
• Make our systems sing - simplify, streamline, and supercharge our HR tools.
• Lead the team - build capability, confidence, and a culture that thrives.

A Few Things About You:

• HR know-how - you've been a People Partner, HRBP or operational HR Manager and know how to make things happen.
• A safe pair of hands - solid UK employment law knowledge and confident ER case handling.
• Excel skills that wow - pivots, lookups, dashboards? You've got it covered
• System smarts - you spot ways to make processes slicker and tools work harder
• Engagement energy - you've boosted colleague experience and know what lands
• People passion - confident communicator who genuinely cares about making work better
