People Performance Manager

• Provide facilitation for various meetings and development interventions on as-needed basis in support of HR and overall Talent Management (TM COE) priorities, especially for processes tied to Performance Management, Change Management, Project Management, Career Pathing, Workforce Planning, and Organization Design Lead robust volume, transaction and revenue processes for the business unit Identifies opportunities for processes to be migrated to lower cost centers and works with product to determine feasibility of automation Manage FOH activities for events and performances taking place in Avery Fisher Hall and Alice Tully Hall Prepare nightly performance reports of event specifics Develop, prioritize and implement strategies to address customer needs ensuring dealer servicing and support practices align with recovery strategy Act as a consultant to dealer and customer operations managers executive management Ensure SLA metrics that are in place align to the vision for FSS and suitable from a performance & controls standpoint with Finance & Business Partners Function as Program Manager for various TM COE initiatives as assigned Manage around £2.5 million of A&P and around £7 million of OH, manage, track, and report on shared service of T&E

Pay: ₹24,279.38 - ₹64,371.19 per month
