About the Role
As a Client Success Representative, you’ll work with current insurance clients — helping with billing, policy changes, questions, and more. You’ll keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes while creating a great experience for every client who contacts our office. You will also quote and sell insurance policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering calls, texts, and emails from existing policyholders
• Handling billing questions, policy updates, and service follow-ups
• Assisting the sales team with client communications and document tracking
• Keeping client records accurate and updated in our system
• Delivering an amazing experience that keeps customers coming back
• Quoting warm leads (leads provided)

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
