Your Impact:
Strategic People Advisory
Partner with Account Leads to
embed people strategy into account strategy
, ensuring teams are structured, skilled, and engaged to deliver impact,
Advise leaders on
current and future talent needs
, capability gaps, and succession planning,
Coach managers on high-quality feedback, performance management, and talent development.
HR Excellence & Risk Ownership
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and compliance,
Take
end-to-end ownership
of people-related risks, ensuring fair, compliant, and sustainable decisions.
Data-Driven Impact
Use quantitative analysis to evaluate how HR initiatives affect
engagement, retention, productivity, and performance

Combine internal people data with
external market insights
to inform recommendations,
Present insights in a clear, actionable way to business leaders.
Change, Engagement & Performance
Lead and support change initiatives that improve
employee experience and organizational effectiveness

Design and implement people processes that strengthen
retention, engagement, and delivery excellence

Act as a trusted coach to leaders navigating growth, ambiguity, and transformation.
What You Bring to the Table:
6–8 years of experience
in HR Business Partnering, People Advisory, or similar roles,
Proven experience advising senior leaders or account owners, ideally in consulting, technology, or high-growth environments,
Broad HR exposure across multiple domains rather than deep specialization in a single area,
Strong business and commercial acumen,
Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR compliance,
Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to shape decisions,
Consulting-style problem-solving and stakeholder management skills,
Excellent communication skills in
English
.
