The team you’ll join:
We’re currently looking for a People & Talent Coordinator focusing on our Unify by Bruntwood Cleaning business who are in an exciting period of growth. You’ll join a team of experts across People functions including; generalist People Advisor/Partnering, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Culture and Engagement.
What we’re looking for in a nutshell:
We’re keen to see applications from proactive and adaptable self-starters who thrive on challenges and enjoy taking ownership. You’ll be system-savvy with a focus on process improvement, setting up and reviewing processes, managing a busy inbox ensuring we provide a brilliant service to all our colleagues. We value people who are tech-focused, so HR systems experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
An understanding of HR, compliance, and data confidentiality is beneficial, but extensive experience isn’t required, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop in the role. We’re looking for someone inquisitive, organised, and keen to make an impact by streamlining processes and driving improvements.
Job purpose:
As People & Talent Coordinator you're the heart of our systems and processes and the person that keeps the team moving forward. You’ll provide generalist first line support within a busy People & Talent team, making sure that our colleagues have a brilliant, seamless experience from the very beginning.
Working behind the scenes, this role is key in helping the People & Talent team accomplish great things. You will always be one step ahead, foreseeing things that need to be done and focusing on continuous improvement to ensure that our team add value, save time and make things simple
