People with Medical Bills - Paid Feedback Opportunity on moopFi

moopFi is looking for early users to participate in a paid full-process pilot of our medical bill consolidation platform.

moopFi helps people upload their medical bills, applies an instant 10% reduction off the total principal, and replaces multiple provider payments with one monthly payment that fits their household budget (with options up to 84 months). The platform then coordinates directly with the user's providers on their behalf, saving them time and money. We are looking for people who currently have medical bills and are interested in using the platform from start to finish.

This is not payment for a positive review or fake testimonial. Compensation is for completing eligible pilot steps and providing honest feedback about the experience. Eligibility, approval, and available terms may vary. Limited space available, please email or apply through indeed with interest.

What Participants Will Do:

• Create a moopFi account at moopFi.com
• Upload one or more medical bills with an unpaid balance
• Review available options, if eligible
• Complete the moopFi process if they choose to move forward (understanding that completing the moopFi process means assigning and financing the uploaded medical bills with moopFi and being obligated to honor the installment plan that the participant selects).
• Provide feedback as applicable after completing the process
• Optionally participate in a written or video customer story, if separately agreed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must reside in Arkansas
• Must have at least $500 in medical bills
• Must have one or more medical bills they are willing to upload for review
• Ideally, should be interested in consolidating multiple medical bills into one monthly payment
• Must complete the online pilot steps through moopFi
• Provide any honest feedback about the process
• Participation is subject to eligibility, availability, and applicable approval requirements
• No obligation to accept any payment plan offered
• Compensation is not based on giving a positive review

Compensation:

Participants may receive compensation based on completed pilot milestones:

• $50 for creating a moopFi account, uploading an eligible medical bill, completing the short application, and sharing brief feedback (but not approved)
• $150 for completing the full moopFi process, if approved and eligible, by selecting a moopFi monthly payment plan for your eligible bill(s) and completing the required agreement. Brief feedback is also requested.
• For participants who complete the full moopFi process, additional compensation may be available for an optional written or video customer story (intended to convey honest user experience - no obligation to provide a positive review).

Compensation is for time, participation, and feedback only. It is not based on providing a positive review, and there is no obligation to accept any payment plan.
