AAA Digital Media is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with proven expertise in managing paid campaigns across:

• Google Ads

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• YouTube Ads

• TikTok Ads

Job Type:

Project-Based (No Fixed Salary)

Compensation Structure:

• Small Account (Ad Spend below Rs. 500,000) → Rs. 10,000 per account
• Large Account (Ad Spend above Rs. 500,000) → Rs. 20,000 per account

Accounts will be provided by the company. Candidate must be confident in:

✔ Campaign strategy & execution
✔ Performance optimization
✔ ROI-focused scaling
✔ Lead generation & conversion tracking
✔ Reporting & analytics
