Plan, create, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns specifically for real estate lead generation.
Manage multiple real estate projects and ensure consistent lead quality and volume.
Develop and design high-converting landing pages to improve lead performance.
Conduct detailed audience research and set up advanced targeting for real estate buyers.
Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
Create ad copies, creatives, and content (content creation is a plus).
Set up A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
Communicate with clients to gather requirements, understand objectives, and present campaign performance reports.
Stay updated with industry trends, ad platform changes, and real estate marketing strategies.
Requirements4-6 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Lead Forms).
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and CPL optimisation.
Experience in designing or coordinating landing pages (WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, etc.).
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work under deadlines.
Strong communication skills for client discussions and requirement gathering.
Creativity in content ideation for ad copies and visuals (plus point).
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
Preferred SkillsExperience working with real estate developers or brokers.
Ability to create basic ad creatives, short videos, or Canva designs.
Understanding of CRM systems used in real estate (HubSpot, LeadSquared, Property-specific CRMs).
