Duties

Work assignments are based on skills, availability, and program needs and may include:

Administrative Support

• Scheduling assistance
• Data entry or client follow-ups
• Studio organization

Marketing & Promotion

• Social media content creation or sharing
• Flyer distribution or event promotion
• Assisting with email campaigns or outreach

Event & Studio Support

• Front desk support during sessions or events
• Assisting with workshops, auditions, or showcases
• Setup and breakdown for studio activities

Creative & Peer Support

• Background vocals for demos or showcases
• Assisting with rehearsals
• Content support for promotional recordings (non-commercial unless otherwise agreed)

Participants in the Work Exchange Program are expected to:

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Complete assigned tasks on time and to a professional standard
• Communicate clearly regarding scheduling and availability
• Represent The Star Path with professionalism and respect
• Treat the program as a professional commitment, not volunteer-only access

Failure to meet expectations may result in removal from the exchange program.
