Job Summary
LOCG LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Performance Analyst to support company-wide operations, financial performance, and project reporting. This role develops KPIs, analyzes data, and prepares dashboards that help leadership improve efficiency, contract performance, and personnel performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs across Operations, Finance, Project Management, and Quality Control
• Analyze trends and performance data to identify risks and improvements
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Build dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Validate data from Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint, and internal systems
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Project Administrators, and Finance teams
• Support reporting requirements for federal, state, and commercial contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2–5 years experience in performance, operations, or data analysis
• Strong Excel and dashboard-building skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and Oracle
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
