Job Description:

• Monitor, measure, and report on key social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, ROI, etc.).
• Analyze paid and organic social media campaigns to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop regular dashboards and reports for marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the social media, creative, and paid media teams to test and refine strategies.
• Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards.
• Stay updated with social media analytics trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
