Performance Analyst Intern

Job Summary TheSkinFit is seeking a data-driven Performance Analyst Intern to support our Growth Marketing and CRM teams. This role is perfect for a final-year student or recent graduate who loves working with data, enjoys uncovering insights, and is eager to learn how performance marketing and customer engagement decisions are made using analytics. You will assist in analyzing marketing campaigns, CRM performance, customer behavior, and business metrics to help drive better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and analyzing Meta, Google, and other digital marketing campaign performance.
• Support CRM reporting, including email, push notification, and customer engagement metrics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze campaign results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work with spreadsheets and databases to clean, organize, and validate data.
• Conduct competitor and market research as required.

Requirements

• Final-year university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in data analysis and performance marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
