Performance Content Creator (Paid Social + Organic)

We’re looking for a high level Performance Content Creator who knows how to create social content that actually drives results, not just views.

You’ll be creating short form video ads and organic social content for our fast growing ecommerce brands in the health, wellness, and lifestyle space.

This role is for someone who understands the difference between content that looks good and content that converts.

You’ll be brainstorming ideas, filming content, acting on camera when needed, and working with our creative team to test and refine concepts that stop the scroll and drive sales.

If you love studying winning ads, experimenting with hooks, and figuring out why certain content performs better than others, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create short form video content designed to perform on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads
• Film UGC style ads, educational videos, product demonstrations, and lifestyle content
• Act on camera for product focused ads and branded storytelling
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop and test new concepts, hooks, and angles
• Help turn product benefits into compelling stories that resonate with real people
• Capture authentic, scroll stopping footage that feels native to social platforms
• Study top performing ads and trends to continuously improve content performance
• Provide creative input on how to improve messaging, angles, and creative direction

Who We’re Looking For

• Comfortable and natural on camera
• Strong understanding of what makes short form content perform on social media
• Creative thinker who enjoys testing ideas and improving performance over time
• Self motivated and able to execute ideas independently
• Passionate about creating content that actually influences people
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social video trends
• Interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle products
• Located in Utah County or Salt Lake County (some shoots may be in person)

Compensation

Full Time: $8,000 – $12,500 per month depending on experience and skill level
