Role: Walk-In-Drive (Performance Engineer_28-Feb-26)

Experience Range: 4 – 8 Years

Location: Chennai ( Chennai- Siruseri, GS 4 2F 200 seater & GS 3 1F Open Cafeteria, 1/G1, SIPCOT IT Park Navalur, Siruseri, Tamil Nadu 603103)

MUST HAVE:

Expertise in Performance Engineering and Performance Monitoring

At least 14+ years of industry experience on Application Performance Engineering & Monitoring using tools like Load Runner, Dynatrace/Splunk

Have hands on knowledge of performance test script creation, alerting, incidentsand dashboard creations.

Good understanding of application architecture, Business transactions, RCA and resolutions

Knowledge on web application framework, micro services, containerization and database

Good hands-on knowledge on Linux, windows and network

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and convey technical information effectively. Collaborative attitude to work with cross-functional teams.
