Job Summary:

Interaction with Rigs & Performance Coordinators

o Ensure all DDR discrepancies are corrected

o Flat-time KPI Monitoring

o Follow up with daily email coming from Performance Coordinators

o Rig NPT monitoring

o Follow up with daily email coming from Technical Coordinators

o Analyzing Weekly Performance Reports

o Analyze Flat-time and Rig NPT Data from Weekly Performance and Maintenance Reports

o After Action Reviews:

o Conducting AARs with responsible parties when a Rig Move/Walk KPI is not met

o Follow AAR Criteria sheet

o Process Optimization

o Optimize Rig Walk Pre-Job Planning Checklist over time with input from Rig Managers & SME’s

o Optimize Drill Well on Paper Document over time with input from Rig Managers & SME’s

o Presenting Data to Superintendents on morning calls.

o Measure current flat-time & rig NPT performance against our goals

o Ask what went right and wrong during operations and why

o Ask what can be improved

o Required Travel – 25%

o This can be split between rig visits/field engagement, operator visits, and cross regional visits.

o Rig visits need to be intentional and feedback from the rig should be gathered and followed up on.

o Provide feedback from the rig visit and if there are any action items that need to be followed up on.

o Basin Calls will be held on a weekly basis

o Provide Flat Time KPI’s, Downtime Reports, and Drilling metrics performance that track compliance with Country goals.

o KSA PE Weekly Team Call

o Alignment, communication, share lessons learned, and ask for support.

o Excessive Rig NPT & flat times non-compliant for districts goals, performance contract KPI’s not met, or technology goals not met, conduct an after-action review (AAR) with all parties involved in the operation. If you are not sure an AAR is required, contact me.

o Request an Incident Review (IR) from TROC: fishing event due to parameters while drilling, backoffs, catastrophic drilling events, unplanned trips of key interest, or at customer request.
