Performance Excellence Management Engineer

Identifies process improvement opportunities and leads, manages and executes Lean and Six Sigma initiatives from conception through completion. Builds people capabilities to ensure the continuous evolution of the principle of process performance management and techniques, using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques. Leads and manages process improvements in a variety of departments.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred

Experience
2 years experience executing process improvement projects using traditional methodologies Preferred
General Experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes Preferred
General Experience or training in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Preferred
General Experience with data analysis and reporting in a healthcare setting Preferred
