Performance Head

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead performance marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Drive qualified real estate leads while maintaining optimal Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Oversee budget allocation and ROI optimization
  • Implement tracking systems (Pixel, GTM, Conversion API, CRM integrations)
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends
  • Present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (real estate/PropTech preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards)
  • Proven track record of scaling lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage high advertising budgets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-ticket sales funnel marketing
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
  • Experience managing marketing teams
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
