Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead performance marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Drive qualified real estate leads while maintaining optimal Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Oversee budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Implement tracking systems (Pixel, GTM, Conversion API, CRM integrations)
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve conversion rates
- Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends
- Present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (real estate/PropTech preferred)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards)
- Proven track record of scaling lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high advertising budgets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-ticket sales funnel marketing
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
- Experience managing marketing teams
- Understanding of marketing automation tools
