Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Performance & Loyalty Marketing Manager who combines sharp marketing instincts with deep data awareness. This isn’t a social media coordinator role — it’s a strategic marketing position designed to drive measurable business impact. From lifecycle and churn campaigns to social content and branding, this role balances performance with presence.

You’ll run hyper-targeted campaigns, drive loyalty engagement, support retailer growth, and build a stronger brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and run data-driven marketing campaigns based on member behavior, transaction history, and segmentation (RFM, churn risk, new joiners, etc.)
  • Execute cross-partner targeting to increase share of wallet, retention, and frequency
  • Manage lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and win-back journeys

2. Performance & Paid Media

  • Own and optimize hyper-targeted paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Test creatives, audiences, and placements with a clear focus on performance — CAC, ROAS, retention uplift
  • Track and report ROI metrics regularly with actionable recommendations

3. Loyalty & Member Insights

  • Work with data teams to extract behavioral insights that inform campaigns and content
  • Build and act on predictive models — churn, basket potential, shopping frequency, and segment behavior
  • Collaborate with retailers and brand partners to build marketing plans that increase loyalty adoption, footfall, and basket size

4. Brand, Social & Program Engagement

  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent BOUNZ brand identity across social, digital, and in-store assets
  • Develop and manage social media content strategy and execution – driving not just awareness but app installs and engagement
  • Create content calendars, campaign creatives, and seasonal activations (working with internal teams or agencies as needed)
  • Drive influencer collaborations, storytelling formats, reels, and campaign messaging that align with loyalty initiatives
  • Oversee in-store branding, POS visibility, digital banners, and branded campaign support for partners
  • Monitor content performance and iterate based on engagement and outcomes

5. Strategic Growth & Partnerships

  • Identify new engagement tools (referral programs, gamification, surprise rewards, etc.) to drive stickiness
  • Support partner onboarding with tailored marketing playbooks and campaign support
  • Explore and test new marketing platforms, tools, and automation to scale program impact efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, loyalty, or CRM-led growth
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes — conversions, app installs, sales uplift, retention
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google), CRM tools (MoEngage or similar), and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of RFM, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong creative sense — you can brief, evaluate, and evolve brand and content output
  • Experience managing social media and content calendars for fast-paced brands
  • Excellent communication skills — able to align internal stakeholders and retailer/partner needs
  • Familiarity with UAE/GCC consumer behavior and retail landscape is preferred
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or loyalty ecosystems is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
