Performance Manager

FP Trading Group of Companies is a well-established multiregulated broker, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies.

We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our Forex business. This role will play a key part in driving performance across multiple departments including Sales, IBs, Operations, and Retention.

Role Description

FP Trading is seeking a Performance Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. The Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing team performance, analyzing operational metrics, implementing performance improvement strategies, and conducting impactful training sessions. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets and resource allocation, fostering clear communication with team members, and tracking and reporting performance outcomes to ensure operational efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Forex / Financial Services / Sales Operations / Performance roles
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and operational outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and drive alignment
• Proven exposure to performance management and training initiatives
• Basic understanding of budgeting and resource planning
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams towards achieving performance goals
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Understanding of Forex / IB / trading business model is a plus
• Experience in financial services or trading industry is advantageous
