Role Description
We are looking for a
Performance Marketer
to join our dynamic team. This is a
full-time Hyperd role
(4 days from the office, 1 day from home) where you’ll take ownership of planning, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns hit KPIs, improving ROAS, and driving measurable results that contribute to client growth.
In this role, you will:

Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvements.

Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to craft effective data-driven strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.

Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
Qualifications

Proven experience in
Performance Marketing / Paid Media
(agency experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of
digital advertising platforms
(Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

Solid
analytical skills
, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards, and performance tracking systems.

Familiarity with
SEO and Email Marketing
as complementary growth levers.

Ability to translate data into actionable insights and results-driven strategies.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to present campaign performance clearly.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
