About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics to ensure maximum ROI and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in managing paid ad campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and tracking tools (UTM, Pixel setup, etc.).
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills needed.
Core Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Strong knowledge of retargeting campaigns, funnel building, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Pixel Setup, and Conversion Tracking.
- Hands-on experience with keyword research, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide data-driven insights for ROI optimization.
- Strong skills in budget allocation and ad spend management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp).
- Understanding of SEO basics to complement paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration with creative teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to new tools, platforms, and digital trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
