Job Title: Performance Marketer Employment

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Build and manage keyword strategies, audience segments, and placement targeting for Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and refine targeting and messaging for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research to anticipate trends and customer needs, and lead the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Enhance marketing performance through regular A/B testing of audiences and creatives. Develop creative briefs, ad copy, and video ad ideas.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing assets.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Digital marketing experience with at least 2–3 years in paid customer acquisition
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in managing online advertising campaigns, including PPC and social media ads. In-depth knowledge of Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Ability to regularly provide insights based on current and historical data and trends.
- Experience working with coaching and ed-tech funnels.
- A passion for digital marketing, art, and the creator economy.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
