The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to own our paid media strategy end-to-end—planning, execution, optimization, and reporting—across Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search/Display/YouTube), and TikTok. Your north star is qualified lead volume and cost efficiency, with airtight tracking and actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Planning: Build channel-wise paid media plans, budgets, and testing roadmaps aligned to lead and booking targets.
- Campaign Execution: Launch and optimize campaigns (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, FB/IG, TikTok). Manage structures, bids, audiences, and creatives.
- Audience & Funnels: Create high-intent audiences (interests, custom, lookalikes), design lead funnels (landing pages, forms, WhatsApp flows) and reduce friction.
- Tracking & Analytics: Own GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, UTM hygiene, offline conversion imports; ensure >95% event accuracy.
- Creative Direction: Write/adapt ad copy, craft briefs, and run rapid A/B tests on hooks, formats, and landing pages to lift CTR/CVR.
- Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales on lead qualification, lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking improvements; feedback loop on lead quality.
- Reporting: Build weekly dashboards (Looker Studio/Sheets). Present insights, wins, and next steps.
- Governance: Maintain billing/admin hygiene, policy compliance, and clean account structures.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4+ years in performance marketing for lead generation (real estate or other high-ticket categories preferred).
- Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM; working knowledge of Looker Studio/Excel/Sheets.
- Proven track record of lowering CPL while improving lead quality.
- Comfortable writing short ad copy and creative hooks.
- Bonus: TikTok Ads, Zapier/Make automations, WhatsApp Business flows, CAPI setup, CRM handoffs (HubSpot/Zoho), basic CRO.
- Excellent communication in English & Urdu; detail-oriented and data-driven.

- Qualified Leads (weekly/monthly)
- CPL (PKR) and Cost per Qualified Lead
- Lead → Visit → Booking conversion rates
- Creative testing velocity (new variants/week)
- Tracking accuracy (≥95% events captured)
