Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels, along with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, conversions, and lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and audience insights.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and allocate spends for best performance.
- Suggest and implement growth strategies to scale campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (knowledge of SEO/ASO is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make decisions.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create strategies for lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ROI-driven mindset.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 0 –3 years of experience in performance marketing .
- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
