Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Performance Marketer who will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across all channels. The candidate will handle the complete growth marketing funnel – from awareness to acquisition, conversion, retention, and remarketing. This role requires hands-on expertise in performance marketing, analytics, automation, and experimentation to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Build, monitor, and optimize search, display, video, app install, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage both B2C and B2B campaigns depending on brand/business goals.
· Funnel Optimization
- Own the customer acquisition funnel: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention.
- Run experiments on ad creatives, landing pages, lead forms, and checkout flows to improve conversions.
- Set up and optimize lead nurturing workflows (email/SMS/WhatsApp).
· Analytics & Data-driven Marketing
- Track and optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CPA, Churn Rate.
- Use Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM dashboards to monitor campaign success.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership with actionable insights.
· Growth & Automation
- Implement marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Run drip campaigns, remarketing workflows, and trigger-based customer journeys.
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and retargeting to maximize ROI.
· Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with design and content teams for high-performing creatives and copies.
- Collaborate with product/sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Suggest and drive A/B testing for new product features, offers, and bundles.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, SEO basics.
- Strong command over conversion tracking, pixel setup, attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM & Marketing Automation tools.
- Ability to run multi-channel campaigns and optimize budgets for performance.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets for campaign tracking.
- Creative mindset with ability to experiment and innovate.
- Strong knowledge of growth hacking techniques and performance-driven strategies.

- Lead to Conversion % and Sales-qualified leads growth
