Performance Marketer

India

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and implement performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Optimization & Analysis:

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and key KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversion rates.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective advertising campaigns.
  • Forecast and track spending across multiple channels.

Market & Audience Research:

  • Conduct research to understand target audiences and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and programmatic advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
