Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Optimization & Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and key KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversion rates.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective advertising campaigns.
- Forecast and track spending across multiple channels.
Market & Audience Research:
- Conduct research to understand target audiences and identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and programmatic advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
