Performance Marketer + Social Media Strategist
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Marketing strategy and design direction across teams and projects.
- Expertise in Social Media Organic and Paid services.
- Oversee execution and ensure creative excellence and consistency across all deliverables.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing platforms.
- Manage full-funnel paid campaigns, including search, display, shopping, video, remarketing, and paid social ads.
- Develop and maintain strong tracking, attribution, and reporting systems (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel/UTM setup, etc.).
- Continuously test creatives, ad copy, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Creative, strategy, account, and media teams to align with business goals.
- Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end: segmentation, automation, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Build and optimize affiliate networks/partnerships to drive performance traffic.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and KPIs ensuring campaigns hit performance goals.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, algorithms, and innovations in the performance marketing ecosystem.
- Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs and KRAs for the creative team; monitor performance and maintain accountability.
- Support project management to deliver campaigns on time and within defined scope.
- Collaborate with Creative, strategy, digital and media teams to align with business goals.
- Apply logical thinking and problem-solving to resolve creative or execution challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Email Marketing automation tools.
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and advanced tracking setups.
- Experience with Affiliate Marketing platforms and partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, CAC, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform algorithm updates.
- Strong organizational skills with effective file management, workflow structuring, and time discipline.
- Deep understanding of AI tools for technology, efficiency, and faster, smarter execution.
