We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketer to lead our paid media efforts. This role requires a data-oriented marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels — with a focus on performance analytics, and ROI improvement.If you’re passionate about leveraging data to scale growth, optimize ad performance, and shape strategy through insights, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and other performance channels.
- Implement advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to maximize reach and conversion efficiency.
- Manage media budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure optimal ROI and achievement of key KPIs (CPA, ROAS).
- Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign data daily using tools such as Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports that visualize performance across all paid channels.
- Collaboration & Campaigns Alignment
- Work with creative and content teams to develop compelling, campaign-aligned ad creatives.
- Partner with the product, data, and social teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and consistent messaging.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to guide creative, budget, and channel decisions.
- Market Research & Innovation
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, analytics innovations, and platform algorithm updates.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies (e.g., AI-driven optimization, predictive analytics, conversion APIs).
- Benchmark campaign performance against industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and analytics, managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms. (E-commerce or subscription-based experience is highly preferred.)
- Social Media Marketing experience is a must.
- Have a basic understanding of email marketing.
- Technical & Analytical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Solid understanding of marketing attribution models, conversion tracking, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and automated reporting workflows.
- Firm grip on Google Sheets, analytics, and formulas.
- Working with B2B marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Email marketing is a plus.
Strategic & Communication Skills:
- Firm grasp of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA).
- Excellent ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

- Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
- Experience in working with on native advertising platform
- Understanding of data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience of tracking tools (like Voluum, etc) is a plus.
- Strong experience in Nutraceutical campaigns is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
