Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with advertising tools, and the ability to scale campaigns to achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Create and execute A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences.

2. Optimization & Performance Management

  • Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversions, etc.).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and insights.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on data trends.

4. Content & Creative Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with brand guidelines.

5. Budget Management

  • Plan monthly budgets and allocate spending across marketing channels.
  • Maintain cost-control strategies and optimize spend efficiency.

6. Market & Competitor Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new platform features, and competitors’ marketing strategies.
  • Implement new tools and strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, remarketing, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce performance strategies.
  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Manage large-scale campaigns with high monthly budgets.
  • Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness → acquisition → retention).
  • Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths.
